Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original unworn condition and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage costs.

Please return the shoes in the outerbox which they were received in, or alternatively wrap the shoebox in brown paper before sending.

Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return. Alternatively include a copy of your invoice in the return.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

To return Dubarry products, please contact us to arrange for these products to be picked up from your home or place of business. However this service is only availbale for Dubarry products of purchase value £50 or over.

All shoe care products are non returnable.
