However, over a week ago I sent an e-mail message to sales@andersonsof durham.co.uk regarding an overcharge on my credit card shown as Anderson taking the payment for my shoes twice. After three days and not even a comment I made contact with my credit card provider and they are suggesting it is their fault and not Andersons. But Andersons have still not made a comment, not even to say that they have checked the situation. This is poor aftersales service. | |
